• Shawn Cunniff is a executive residential specialist you can trust and count on when things get tough.  Shawn is the President and CEO of Realty Executives, Prestige Properties and has been in the Residential Real Estate division for over 10 years. He specializes in “Buyer Agency” -- which is the act of helping individuals in the buying process.

• Shawn’s business management and marketing background helps him to excel in helping sellers sell their home with specialized marketing and advertising procedures that the industry has never seen before.

• Prior to his career in real estate, Shawn worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years where he was in charge of restaurant development, quality control management and operational management. During Shawn’s career in real estate he worked for companies such as Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX and Century 21 to name a few, but it wasn’t until 2006 when he found the great company of Realty Executives and formed the franchise Prestige Properties.

• Shawn is very focused on community.  He serves as chairman for The Cunniff Group Cares Charitable Foundation which was founded in 2004.
